Master's student

Thi Tinh is a trained nurse who, after four years of work in a hospital department specializing in supporting patients with neurodegenerative diseases at the Toulouse University Hospital (France), sought to enhance her skills with the new 2009 nursing education reform. She obtained a specialized master’s degree in management of private or public healthcare and social service organizations. Subsequently, for ten years, she held a position as a coordinating nurse in various Long-Term Care Facilities (EHPAD) between Toulouse and Bordeaux. Finally, over the last two years, she assumed the directorship of two EHPADs in the Sud de la Vienne.

Today, she seeks to broaden her knowledge, expand her experience, and explore the healthcare system in Quebec through a master’s in health services administration. She is pursuing a master’s research project in collaboration with the COMTL under the supervision of Delphine Bosson-Rieutort
