Jean-Frédéric has earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in health and social services management. He completed a graduate microprogram in data exploitation for business intelligence and hold a master’s degree in business intelligence (HEC Montréal). With a decade of experience in the healthcare and social services system, including five years as a manager, Jean-Frédéric previously held a management position at the Centre d’expertise du Programme Dossier santé numérique. He is currently a senior HR business intelligence analyst at HEC Montreal. His interests lie in using data science, particularly data mining, to improve and optimize the management systems through the exploitation of administrative and health data. |
