Alexandra has earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in bioinformatics at Université de Montréal. Presently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies in public health, specializing in Health Systems, Organizations, and Policies. Her doctoral research focuses on creating a performance monitoring tool using a process mining approach and administrative health data. In addition to her academic pursuits, Alexandra holds a position as a business intelligence specialist within the direction de la qualité, de l’évaluation, de la performance et de l’éthique (DQEPE) at the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île in Montreal. |
